7 Steps to Practice Manifestation ✨ and Make Your Dreams A Reality 😍

Today we’re shifting gears a bit away from data science and programming to talk about:
“Manifestation ✨, the idea that by focusing your thoughts, emotions, and energy on something, you can attract it into your life.”
As a data scientist, I don't always buy into things that can't be easily measured or quantified. But I've had some personal experiences that have made me more open-minded about the power of manifestation.
I thought based on my experience I would share 7 simple steps you can try to practice manifestation in your own life. Who knows, you may just be able to transform your ideas into reality! 😃
1. Get clear on your desires 🎯
The first step is getting really clear on what you actually want to manifest. Do you want a new job? Improved relationships? More financial abundance? Better health? Be as specific as possible, it’s hard to focus your energy on something that’s vague. Write your desires down clearly and review them regularly.
2. Visualize and feel what it’s like to have your desire 😍
Now visualize having what you wrote down. Engage all your senses, see the details vividly in your mind’s eye, feel the emotions you would feel, hear the sounds, and even taste or smell associated with your vision. The better you can make it feel real, the more effective the visualization will be.
